Background
Colin began his career in the British Army, serving 13 distinguished years as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Irish Guards. He held a range of operational, leadership, and instructional appointments, deploying on operations in the Balkans and Northern Ireland.
Following his service, Colin provided operational and advisory services to government and private-sector organisations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Iraq and Afghanistan. This work ranged from security, conflict management, and emergency response through to leading specialist close protection teams in some of the world's most complex and high-risk environments.
Colin now works with leaders and teams to assess risk, strengthen procedures, and test readiness — drawing on extensive operational experience to build resilience in both systems and people.
