A former British Army soldier with operational experience in Iraq and Afghanistan, Danny’s career has taken him from frontline service to leading teams in boardrooms and complex operational environments.
Since leaving the British military, Danny has worked in and led teams across correctional emergency response, government and large-scale critical infrastructure protection operations.
After serving as CEO of an award-winning protective services company, he now focuses on defence-related security advisory, operational resilience and building more capable teams and individuals.
Danny’s work is shaped by a simple belief: people perform better when they are properly prepared.
