About this program

Developed by Driven and delivered by Eyestar. Aligned to the PR6 Resilience Model — the world's leading evidence-based resilience framework. Delivered by a qualified HART instructor with direct operational experience.

What is HART?

Resilience training for anyone who operates under pressure.

HART — High Adversity Resilience Training — is Driven's advanced resilience program. Where RFA teaches people to build resilience in others, HART develops 13 personal resilience skills within the individual, mapped across the six domains of the PR6 Resilience Model.

The program is built on a simple premise: adversity is not limited to physical threat. Sustained high-stakes decision-making, organisational complexity, public scrutiny, chronic performance pressure and cumulative operational stress are all forms of high adversity. HART is designed for anyone whose role demands consistent performance under conditions that would break most people.

Delivered over two days (14 hours), HART combines evidence-based resilience science with practical application. Available face-to-face, on-site, or online — participants leave with a clear understanding of their own resilience profile and a set of skills they can apply immediately — in the field, the boardroom, or anywhere in between.

Work Health and Safety

Supports your WHS obligations.

Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) and equivalent legislation nationally, employers have a duty to eliminate or minimise psychosocial hazards — including the cumulative effects of sustained operational stress, trauma exposure and high-adversity work.

HART provides a structured, evidence-based response to that obligation — equipping your people with the skills to manage adversity before it becomes harm, and demonstrating a proactive approach to psychosocial risk management.

Organisations in security, emergency services, healthcare and law enforcement face heightened scrutiny under these obligations. HART is a defensible, accredited investment in your people and your compliance posture.

What HART documents

  • Attendance record for every participant
  • HART Certificate of Completion (Driven Accredited)
  • Evidence of structured psychosocial risk intervention
  • Participant feedback collected electronically
  • Post-course report for your WHS records

Training is one control, not the whole answer. It supports your duties — it doesn't discharge them.
